From there, we can identify what should be simplified, integrated or automated — and where AI would genuinely add value.

Sometimes the answer is bespoke software. Sometimes it's an API integration. Sometimes it's a small automation. And sometimes the existing process just needs changing.

The point is to find improvements that save real time rather than introducing technology for the sake of it.
