I keep building software to solve my own business problems

Every time I spot a repetitive task that steals valuable time, a spark of frustration turns into a blueprint for a better way.

I wanted a single platform to manage leads, projects, tasks and all the data that drives a business, so I built my own Business OS.
I was chasing leads for hours, so I created a tool that pulls Companies House and Google Business data, enriches it, and uses AI to prioritise prospects.
I wanted a website to do more than display information, so I launched WebChatPlus to capture and qualify enquiries instead of just answering basic questions.
And I’ve built reporting dashboards, LinkedIn content generators, website maintenance scripts and more – all for the same reason: to eliminate friction.

What I’ve been doing for clients for years is the same:
1. Analyse how a process currently works.
2. Identify the bottlenecks.
3. Decide what can be automated or improved.
4. Deliver a bespoke solution that actually works.

AI has made those solutions far more powerful, but the starting point hasn’t changed – solve a real business problem, not just add technology for the sake of it.

That’s the focus at White Label Developing: bespoke systems, integrations, AI and automation that remove genuine operational hurdles and drive measurable efficiency.
