Internal Stock, Ordering and Site Management System

The challenge

The organisation needed a clearer way to manage stock and ordering across multiple locations, including visibility of low-stock items, site-specific product lists, warehouse quantities, and pending orders.

The solution

A custom internal web system was developed with separate admin and standard-user workflows. Site users can submit stock takes and orders for their assigned locations, while administrators can manage products, sites, users, warehouse stock, order statuses, and supplier order lists.

The outcome

The completed system provides a central place to manage stock levels, site orders, warehouse inventory, and supplier purchasing calculations. No public metrics or client-approved results were visible in the workspace.
